Earthing Information

Earthing is a healing modality where we purposefully connect our Body to the Earth, through dirt, sand or mud.

True Nature Cure involves using elements of the Earth to heal.  This includes the Earth, and most importantly, it's electrical charge.

There are many Earthing tools on the market for us to use.  Each tool has unique properties, just like each individual.

Free radicals carry a positive charge that can cause inflammation and cell damage.  Electrons carry a negative charge that helps our body get rid of free radicals.

Every single chemical reaction in your body involves the transfer of electrons.  Cellular damage through loss of electrons is at the root of chronic inflammation.

When barefoot, electrons are able to flow from the Earth up into your body.  This essentially floods your body with antioxidants in the form of electrons, hence "Grounding".
